Sarvashresta Kala Poshaka Award to K.V. Murthy

Vasundhara Performing Arts Centre Trust, Mysuru, will confer Sarvashresta Kala Poshaka Award to K.V. Murthy considering his yeomen service to art and culture at a function to be held on Feb.8 at 5.30 pm at Jaganmohan Palace Auditorium in city. The award consists of a shawl, cardamom garland, Mysore Peta, citation and a cash prize of Rs. 25,000. After the award function, Anusha Raj, disciple of Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy, will present Bharatanatyam in Vasundhara Bani in her Rangapravesha.
