Scholarship: Calling Law Graduates

The Social Welfare Department has invited applications from eligible Law Graduates belonging to SC  community for availing scholarship under the professional training programme.

The applicants should be from Mysuru district and must have passed Law degree before completion of two years as on the date of application. The maximum age of applicants should not exceed 40 years and their annual income must not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh. Also, the applicants should be registered with the Mysore Bar Association and be a member of  Karnataka State Bar Council.

This apart, they should not have obtained training in other Government Departments (such as the Office of the Deputy Commissioner or Women and Child Development Department) or in other districts.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the Department website https://swd.karnataka.gov.in  on all days, according to a press release.
