Scooter rider succumbs to injuries

Mysore/Mysuru: A 73-year-old elderly man, who had sustained serious injuries after he fell from the scooter he was riding, succumbed to injuries on Oct. 26.

M.V.  Prabhakar (73), a resident of Vijayanagar first stage is the deceased.

Prabhakar, who was returning home on his Honda Activa scooter (KA-09-ER-0537) after undergoing physiotherapy at Hebbal on the evening of Oct. 23, fell from the scooter after losing control near a milk booth on CITB Choultry Road in Hebbal.

He was immediately rushed to a private hospital, where he breathed his last on the morning of Oct. 26.

V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case in this regard.
