SDMIMD launches Vision Mysuru-2050

Three-day summit to commence from Mar. 14; Registration open till Mar. 10

Mysore/Mysuru: SDM Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) has launched a citizen-driven initiative titled ‘Vision Mysuru-2050’ with the theme ‘Ink Your Ideas.’ Vision Mysuru-2050 initiative is the strategic brainchild of Dr. (Lt. Col.) S.N. Prasad, Director of SDMIMD. This intensive three-day summit will be held from Mar. 14 to 16, in collaboration with Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Mysuru Chapter.

Vision Mysuru-2050 is actively soliciting comprehensive proposals across critical thematic areas such as Urban Infrastructure & Mobility; Environmental Sustainability; Economic Development; Digital Governance & Smart City Initiatives; Education & Healthcare; Heritage Conservation; Social Equity & Inclusion and Disaster Resilience, Tourism & Culture. Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari and SDM Educational Trust Chairman Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade is the Brand Ambassador. He emphasised that orchestrating the city’s growth trajectory over the next two decades necessitates profound foresight, civic responsibility and broad-based collective participation.
