Opposing the Waqf Amendment Bill, members of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Mysuru district unit, staged a protest at FTS Circle on the Mysuru-Bengaluru Highway yesterday. Led by SDPI District President Rafatullah Khan, the protesters held placards with slogans condemning the Central Government. They accused the Government of attempting to seize the properties and assets of minority communities.
