Bengaluru: The State Cabinet yesterday approved establishing of second composite weaving unit at Silk Weaving Factory, Mysuru, at a cost of Rs. 24.07 crore.
Briefing press persons after the Cabinet meeting here yesterday, Law Minister T.B. Jayachandra said that the weaving unit will generate more jobs and boost production.
The Minister further said that a silk weaving unit will be set up at Channapatna at a cost of Rs. 8.7 crore.
