B.R. Narendra of Kuvempunagar, Mysuru, has won the second place in Kuvempu Birth Anniversary Poetry Writing Competition jointly organised by Kannada Sahitya Parishat and Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) at Vishwamanava Park on Jan. 12.
