Bengaluru: Ruling out any postponement of second PUC practical exams in the wake of COVID-19 crisis,  the Pre-University Education Department has ordered conduct of the practical exams (2020-21) from Apr. 28 to May 18 as scheduled earlier.

In a circular issued to Deputy Directors of the Department in all districts, the Department of Pre-University Education has asked them to ensure that all students are informed about the conduct of the exam at their college of study and that no student is deprived of the exam due to lack of communication. Pointing out that colleges should not demand production of COVID test reports from students attending the practical exams, the circular said that the students must be allowed to the centres only after thermal screening.
