Second PU Supplementary Exam: Prohibitory orders imposed

Mysuru: In view of the Second PUC supplementary exams that started from today, the City Police have imposed prohibitory orders under Section 144 of Cr. PC, in 200 mts. radius of all the seven exam centres in the city.

The prohibitory orders will be in place from 6 am to 6 pm on all the days of the exams, which conclude on July 10.

The seven centres in the city are Marimallappa PU College, Maharani’s PU College, N.S. Road, D. Banumaiah PU College, Sayyaji Rao Road, JSS PU College for Girls, Saraswathipuram, Sarada Vilas PU College, Krishnamurthypuram, St. Philomena’s PU College, Bannimantap and S.B.R.R. Mahajana PU College, Jayalakshmipuram.  As per the ban orders, all photocopy shops in the vicinity of the centres have been ordered to shut down during exam hours, according to a press release.
