Selected for National Wrestling Championship

The following students of Citizen Convent, Udayagiri, Mysuru, have excelled at the State-level School Sports & Games Wrestling Championship 2023-24 conducted by the Department of Public Instruction at Mudhol taluk in Bagalkot during September:

Mohammed Maveeya Qureshi, a 9th standard student, has won Gold Medal in 92-kg Category (Greco-Roman) and Abdul Rahman Shariff, a 10th standard, won Silver Medal in 110-kg Category (Greco-Roman)

Mohammed Maveeya Qureshi has been selected for National Championship 2023-24 to be held at Madhya Pradesh in October second week.
