Mysuru: Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) will be conducting preliminary selection trials for admission to sports school/hostel for U-14 boys and girls (born after 01.06.2012) and admission to 8th std in junior division and I PUC in senior division (born after 01.06.2008) for U-18 boys and girls for the academic year 2026-27 on Feb. 15 and 16 at Chamundi Vihar Stadium in city from 9 am.

Selection will be conducted in athletics, basketball, cycling, football, gymnastics, kho kho, kabaddi, hockey, judo, volleyball, wrestling, archery and fencing.

Athletic coach K.N. Ramaswamy (Mob: 94493 00330) and Gym Instructor M. Vishwa (Mob: 94810 75364) will be conducting the preliminary selection trails on Feb. 10 at Chamundi Vihar Stadium from 10 am.

Candidates selected in taluk level selection process must submit the application provided to them affixing their latest passport size photograph along with the medical certificate and a copy of aadhaar card.
