Senior political leader Krishnamadegowda passes away

Mysore/Mysuru: Senior political leader and filmmaker Krishnamadegowda (77), passed away yesterday at a private hospital in city following brief illness. His son Lokesh, former MCDCC Bank Director had pre-deceased him five days ago.

A resident of Bogadi, he leaves behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.

He had served as the President of Mysuru Taluk Panchayat, Hinkal Mandal Panchayat, MCDCC Bank and TAPCMS. As a filmmaker, he had produced ‘Ondu Cinema Kathe,’ ‘Leader Vishwanath’ and ‘Tooguve Krishnana’ among other films. He was also a film distributor.
