Mysuru: Seven persons have died after being run over by trains in the last two months.
While a 45-year-old man was run over by a train on Apr. 11 between Byadarahalli and Yaliyur Railway Stations, a body of a 55-year-old man, who was run over by a train, was found near Akkihebbal Railway track on Apr. 26.
On Mar. 26, a 75-year-old unidentified man, who had sustained serious injuries after coming under a train at K.R. Nagar Railway Station and admitted to K.R. Nagar Government Hospital, succumbed to injuries on Apr. 28.
On Apr. 30, an unidentified person, aged between 50 and 55 years, died after he was run over by a train between ABBC and Belagola Railway Stations.
On May 2, a man aged between 30 and 35 years was run over by a train between Naganahalli and Pandavapura Railway Stations while an unidentified woman, aged between 40 and 45 years, died after coming under a moving train on May 15 between MNGT and Naganahalli Railway Stations.
An unidentified man, aged between 45 and 50 years, was killed after he was run over by a train between Ashokapuram and Kadakola Railway Stations on May 29.
In June: The Mysuru Railway Police on June 4 have found a body of an unidentified man who was run over by a train between K.R. Nagar and Hosa Agrahara and have shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary in Mysuru besides registering a case.
The deceased is aged between 55 and 60 years, 5.2 ft. tall, normal built, light brown complexioned, oval faced, sports beard and moustache, and was wearing a brown coloured full arm shirt and blue dhoti.
