Permanent augmentation of trains

Railways have decided to permanently augment with one first AC-cum-second AC coach for Train No. 16587 Yesvantpur-Bikaner  Bi-Weekly Express with effect from Mar.19 and Train No. 16588 Bikaner-Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Express with    effect from Mar.21.

Train No. 16587/16588 Yesvantpur-Bikaner-Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Express will have the revised composition of one AC 2-tier coach, one first AC-cum-second AC coach, three AC 3-tier sleeper coaches, seven second class sleeper coaches, six general second class coaches and two second class-cum-luggage and Brake Van with disabled friendly compartment.

Gorakhpur-Yesvantpur  Express to run with Lhb coaches: Train No.15023 /15024 Gorakhpur-Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur Weekly Express is provided with Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches in place of conventional coaches. Train No.15023 Gorakhpur-Yesvantpur will run with LHB coaches from Mar.21 and Train No.15024 Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur will run with LHB coaches from Mar.23. LHB coaches can accommodate more passengers than the conventional coaches.

The train will have 22 coaches comprising three AC 2-tier coaches, six AC 3-tier coaches, seven second class sleeper coaches, four general second class coaches and two brake and luggages-cum-generator car.

Permanent augmentation  for Wainganga Express: Railways have also decided to permanently augment with one AC 3-tier coach in the place of one second class sleeper coach for Train No. 12251 Yesvantpur- Korba Wainganga Express with effect from April 4 and Train No. 12252 Korba-Yesvantpur Express with effect  from April 6.  

Train No. 12251/52 Yesvantpur-Korba-Yesvantpur Express will have 24 coaches with revised composition of one AC 2-tier coach, five AC 3-tier sleeper coaches, twelve second class sleeper coaches, four general second class coaches and two second class-cum-luggage and brake vans with disabled friendly compartment.

Secunderabad-Yesvantpur Garibrath Express speeded up: Railways have speeded up Train No. 12735 Secunderabad-Yesvantpur Garibrath Express and revised days of service with effect from April 2.

Train No. 12735 Secunderabad-Yesvantpur Garibrath Express will depart Secunderabad at 20:30 hrs (instead of 19:50 hrs as at present) arrives/departs at Begumpet (20:42/20:43), Lingampalli (21:05/21:06) Chittapur (23:00/23:01), Yadgir ( 00:33/00:35 on the next day), Raichur (01:30/01:32), Guntakal (03:05/03:10), Anantapur (04:10/04:12), Dharmavaram (04:58/05:00), Hindupur (05:39/05:40) and arrives Yesvantpur at 08:20 hrs (instead of 09:15 hrs as at present).

With effect from April 2, Train No. 12735 Secunderabad-Yesvantpur Garibrath Express will run on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays instead of Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays as at present.

However, there is no change in timings of Train No. 12736 Yesvantpur-Secunderabad Garibrath Express, but days of service has  been revised with effect from April 3.

Train No. 12736 Yesvantpur-Secunderabad Garibrath Express will run on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays instead of Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur Weekly speeded up: Indian Railways have decided to speed up Train no. 15024 Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur Weekly Express with effect April 6.

Train No. 15024 Yesvantpur-Gorakhpur Weekly Express departs from Yesvantpur at 23.40 hrs on all Thursdays as per the present time-table up to Sirpur Kagaznagar.

The timings of the train have been revised subsequently from Balharshah till Gorakhpur. Accordingly, the train arrives/departs at Balharshah on Friday (17.15/17.25), Chandrapur (17.45/17.48), Nagpur (21.00/21.10), Betul (23.29/23.32), Itarsi at Saturday (01.40/01.45), Bhopal (03.25/03.30), Bina (05.20/05.25), Lalitpur(06.19/06.21), Jhansi (07.35/07.45), Orai (09.07/09.12), Kanpur(11.30/11.40), Lucknow (13.10/13.20) Faizabad (16.05/16.10), Ayaodhya (16.28/16.30), Mankapur (17.05/17.10) and reaches Gorakhpur at 19.30 hrs on all Saturdays, according to a press release from Chief Public Relations Officer, Hubballi.
