Drain water flowing from Ring Road side is getting stagnant between Lingambuddi Palya and Dattagalli resulting in foul smell emanating from it. Also, the stagnant sewage water has become a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. Authorities concerned are urged to take necessary action.
