SGFI National Tennis Championship: Karnataka bags silver

Karnataka for the first time bagged silver medal in the SGFI National U-19 Boys  Tennis Championship (2018-19) by finishing runner-up in the team event held at MSLTA courts here yesterday. Delhi beat Karnataka  2-0 in the final. In the semi-finals, Karnataka beat Gujarat 2-0.

Mysuru lad G. Manish, a student of Sapient PU College, played a major role by winning his Singles tie in the semi-finals.

Other Karnataka team members are C.H. Arjun, A. Deepak, M.K. Dhanush and S. Prerith.
