Shanta Kumari (74), wife of Vijaya Kumar and a resident of Zuari Garden, near Belagola, passed away in the wee hours of Apr. 19 following prolonged illness.

She leaves behind her husband, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Mukthidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage on Saturday afternoon.
