Sharm El Sheikh ITF Women’s Tennis Tournament: Dhruthi, Kyra duo enter quarter-finals

City’s women’s tennis player Dhruthi T. Venugopal teaming up with Kyra Shroff and representing India in the $15,000 Sharm El Sheikh Women’s Tennis Tournament won their pre-quarter-final doubles tie and entered the quarter-finals yesterday.

The second seed Indian pair of Dhruthi & Kyra scored a well earned 6-0, 7-5 in 1 hour and 5 minutes over Bhunu Valeria (ZIM) and Munozova Anette (SWE) to enter the quarter-finals.
