The shoddy patch work done to a road near BSNL in Hebbal 2nd Stage has irked the residents who have questioned the sub-standard work. The residents allege that the tax paid was not being utilised properly and added that even a light rain would expose the quality of the work. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to inspect the work and take necessary steps.
