Shop burgled in city

Mysuru: Burglars, who gained entry into a shop on Bogadi Ring Road here by forcibly opening the rolling shutter of the shop, have decamped with barbed wire and binding wire rolls, LED TV, CCTV camera’s DVR, UPS batteries, 35 diesel cans and Rs.4,000 cash.

The burglary took place at Sumithra Steels owned by one Krishna and the robbery came to light on Sunday morning, when Krishna came to open the shop.

Based on the complaint lodged by Krishna, Vidyaranyapuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
