Siblings win prizes in Karate Championship

A sister-brother duo has secured prizes at the All Indian Hakuakai Open Karate Championship-2018 organised by Japan Karate Hakuakai Organisation – India at Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bengluru recently.

M.V. Jeevitha Ganga (5th std.) has secured 1st place in Kata (10 years category) and 2nd in Kumite (35 kgs); M.V. Udhbhav Simha (2nd std.) has secured 1st in Kata (7 years) and 2nd in Kumite (25 kgs). They are the children of Vishwas and Preeti, residents of  Dattagalli. Students of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala in city, both are trained in Karate under Sensai Sivdas.
