Silent protest marks Human Rights Day

Mysuru: As part of World Human Rights Day, activists of  Jana Sangram Parishat (JSP) staged silent protest in front of Gandhi Square here last evening by holding candles and wearing black badges, condemning increase of atrocities in society.

They urged the Government to sensitise public on Constitution and Human Rights as majority of people are ignorant about the same.

JSP State Vice-President Prasannakumar, Secretary Geetha Velumani, Aravind Sharma, Kumar, Jayaram Chandravadi, Gopalakrishna Kandegala and others were present.
