Sisters to perform at Hill Temple

Mysore/Mysuru: A Karnatak Classical Music Concert by Vidushis Ranjani-Gayatri Sisters will be held at Chamundi Hill Temple premises tomorrow (Jan. 8) between 6 pm and 8.30 pm under the aegis of TVS Motor Company Limited, which has been organising music concert at the Hill Temple every year during Dhanurmasa. The duo will be accompanied by H.M. Smitha on violin, K. Saigiridhar on mridanga and S. Krishna on ghata.

The organisers have arranged free transportation from following places to Chamundi Hill: Bidaram Krishnappa’s Sitarama Mandira (N.S. Road), Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha (JLB Road), Veene Seshanna Bhavan (Adichunchanagiri Road), Sri Chandramouleshwara Temple (Vontikoppal), Prasanna Ganapathi Temple (N.R. Mohalla), Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram (Ooty Road), Doctor’s Corner (Gokulam), Rajendra Kalamandira (Ramanuja Road) and Goblimara and Police Booth (J.P. Nagar) at 4.45 pm.
