The city-based CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) is offering an opportunity for skill development in the area of wheat milling and bakery technology.  The Institute has organised a 5-week intensive training course on “Baking Technology” where participants can have hands-on learning on milling and processing of wheat in the in-campus roller flour mill, as well as baking of various popular bakery and confectionery items.  The course beginning Jan. 21 will run till Feb.22.
