Snake fight attracts onlookers

May 21, 2018

A fight between two male rat snakes at the park near the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Mysuru on Saturday afternoon attracted curious onlookers, who stopped their vehicles to watch the fight between the two reptiles. Many were seen capturing the fight scene on their mobile phones which lasted for about half-an-hour and the two snakes went in opposite directions after the fight. While some said that one would be lucky to watch the scene, many others were seen saying that it was a sin to see the snakes mating.

Meanwhile, Snake Shivu, a snake-rescuer of city, confirmed that the two rat snakes were males and were fighting.
