South Zone Inter-University Cricket Tournament for Men 2019-20: Sai Rahul helps ANU to skittle out KUHS

Inspiring bowling performance by medium-pacer K.P. Sai Rahul (5-1-12-5), helped Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur, to skittle out Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur, for a paltry 48 in 18.3 overs in the South Zone Inter-University Men’s Cricket Tournament 2019-20 match played at Gangothri Grounds here yesterday. ANU scored the required runs for no loss (49/0) in 5.4 overs and entered the second round of the Tournament conducted by University of Mysore (UoM).

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal: 142 in 23.3 overs (Sai Praneeth Amaresh 29, Fruqan Mujahid 23, S. Share Shujawanth 4/22, J. Pandian 2/26) lost to Saveetha Institute of Medical And Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Chennai: 144/6 in 13.2 overs (K.V. Mahesh Babu 56, S. Sayed Basha 42, N.G. Karthik 4/20).
