Mysuru: The Interact Club of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala conducted ‘Spardha-2017,’ an Inter High School Competition recently.
Competitions conducted are Debate in Kannada & English, Science Model Making and Classical Vocal and Instrumental Music.
Music University Registrar Dr. Niranjan Vanalli was the chief guest. In his address, he advised the students to make use of opportunities provided during school days to develop their talents and interests.
In the Presidential address, Vijaya Vittala Educational Institutions Chairman R. Guru said that students should develop their skills by participating in these types of competitions. He advised the students to give equal importance to academics and co-curricular activities.
R Vasudev Bhat, Hon. Secretary of Vijaya Vittala Educational Institutions, S.P. Asha, Principal of the School and H. Satyaprasad were present on the occasion.
Lecturers from different Colleges were the Juries.
