Mysore/Mysuru: D.A.V. Public School, Mysuru, celebrated its  Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm at Chamundi Vihar Stadium in city on Nov.8.

Dr. M.L. Shekar, Circle Police Inspector, Mysuru South Police Station, was the chief guest.  Lighting of the sports torch was followed by an impressive march-past by the four Houses of the school. Students participated in a series of track and field events. The champions bagged House Trophy. Medals and certificates were distributed by the chief guest.

School Chairman N. Sachidananda Murthy, Secretary R. Anand, College Trustee and School CEO M.A. Jayashree, S.V.M College Principal C. Sagar Chakravarthy, Vice-Principal B. Harsha, D.A.V School Principal Kavyashree S. Basappa, Vice-Principal T.M. Kavya, staff and students were present.’
