Mysuru: The Centre for Sports and Management Studies (CS&MS), founded by international tennis player Enrico Piperno, has announced scholarships for graduates who take up Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management (PGDSM) programme offered by Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD).
The scholarship of Rs.25,000 will be given to the graduates with first class from sports background, who are willing to take up the 11-months PGDSM prog. for the 2018-19 batch, informed Dr. H. Gayathri, Programme Director and Deputy Director, SDMIMD.
“The PGDSM programme is aimed at preparing the young graduates, with or without sports background and sports enthusiasts for sports management and business of sports. The collaborative partnership between SDMIMD and CS&MS focuses on transforming the young Indian talent into leaders in business of sports,” she said.
