Mysore/Mysuru: The city’s Sri Swarna Nrisimha Datta Sai Peethika Seva Trust celebrated Guru Purnima in a grand manner at a Convention Hall at Vajamangala on Mysuru-Bannur Road on recently.

Delivering a discourse on the occasion, Sri Arjun Avadhoota Guruji highlighted the significance of the Guru and stressed that parents are the real Gurus of everyone.

The programme began with the consecration of 108 Kalashas and invocation of Lord Bhagawathi.

The programme also featured Vyasa Puja and several Homas under the guidance of priest Arun Sharma. Also, beneficiary students were distributed school fees and the Trust’s newly designed website was launched on the occasion. Pada Puja was performed to Rangalakshmi Amma, the mother of Arjun Guruji. Laddu prasada and Tulsai saplings were distributed to devotees.
