Mysuru: Marking Sri Krishna Jayanti, District Administration and Department of Kannada and Culture  have organised a function at mini auditorium in Kalamandira premises here tomorrow.

Disclosing this at a meeting held at DC’s office here recently, Additional DC T. Yogesh said that the programmes have been lined up reckoning the code of conduct in force now in the context of MCC polls. He further said that along with cultural programmes, a contest is organised for children dressed as Sri Krishna.

Department of Kannada and Culture Assistant Director H. Chennappa, MUDA Secretary M.K. Savita, leaders of various organisations and others were present at the meeting.
