Mysore/Mysuru: As  part of 71st annual Sri Ramothsava, Sri Rama Seva Mandali, Mysuru, has organised the following cultural events at Sri Avani Shankara Mutt, 4th cross, Vidyaranyapuram, Mysuru, from Apr. 17 to 28.

Apr. 17 – 5 pm: Inauguration of cultural events; 6.30 pm: ‘Sri Rama Paduka Pattabhisheka’ Harikatha by Vidwan Bilikere B.S. Gangadhar Achar and troupe.

Apr. 18 – 6.30 pm: Devaranama and Sugama Sangeetha by Vidushi Shashikala Chandrashekar of Mysuru and troupe; 8 pm: Devaranama by Raga Taranga, Mysuru and group.

Apr. 19 – 6.30 pm: Classical Music by Vidwan S. Shivakumar Shivamogga, Violin by Vidwan S.P. Ananthapadmanabha, Mridanga by Vidwan H. L. Shivashankaraswamy of Mysuru and Ghata by Vidwan M. R. Manjunath from Mysuru.

Apr.20 – 6.30 pm: Vocal duet by Kalambika Sisters, Bengaluru, Violin by Vidwan Karthikeya Ramachandra, Mridanga by Vidwan Dr. C.A. Gurudutt and Khanjira by Vidwan Mysuru R. Sukruth.

Apr. 21 – 6.30 pm: Violin recital by Vidwan Vedajna Narasimha, Singapore, Mridanga by Radhesh Ananthachar, Ghata by Vidwan Tumakuru Sri Vidyashankar and Khanjira by Vidwan Sumadoor Aanooru.

Apr. 22 – 6.30 pm: Devotional songs by Vidushi Shruthi Narasimha Bode, Yellapura, Harmonium by Vidwan Sathish Bhat Heggar and Tabla by Vidwan Vijeth Heggade.

Apr. 23 – 6.30 pm: Flute recital by Vidwan L. V. Mukund, Bengaluru, Violin by Vidwan Venkatesh Josyar, Mridanga by Vidwan G. S. Nagaraj and Ghata by Vidwan R. Narasimhan.

Apr. 24 – 6.30 pm: Saxophone recital by Vidushi Divyashree Ranganath, Bengaluru, Violin by Roopanagudi Rathnatej, Mridanga by Vidwan Karthik Pranav and Thaveel                                                                by Vidwan K. Ajay.

Apr. 25 – 6.30 pm: Classical Music by Vidwan Sampagodu S. Vighnaraj and troupe.

Apr. 26 – 6.30 pm: Layaraga Samarpana by Streetal Tarang troupe of Vidushi Sukanya Ramgopal, Bengaluru.

Apr. 27 – 6 pm: ‘Sri Hanumantothsava.’

Apr. 28 – 7 pm: Devotional songs by Vidwan Raghavendra Rathnakar and troupe.
