Sri Sadashiva Swamiji of Sri Ramayogeshwara Mutt passes away

Pandavapura: Sri Sadashiva Swamiji (60), of Sri Ramayogeshwara Mutt at Bebi Hill in Pandavapura taluk, passed away this morning following heart attack in Bengaluru.

The Swamiji had gone to Bengaluru yesterday to participate in the wedding at the Palace Grounds and had stayed in the house of one Shanthakumar, a devotee residing at Krithikanagar in Bengaluru.

This morning when the devotees tried to wake him, he had passed away, it is learnt.

Junior Seer Sri Gurusiddeshwara Swamiji visited the residence of the devotee in Bengaluru and paid his respects.

Sources said that the body of Sri Sadashiva Swamiji would be kept at Sri Shivakumara Swamiji Park in Mandya for the public to pay their last respects and would be brought to Sri Ramayogeshwara Mutt at Bebi Hill in Pandavapura where it would be kept for public darshan. Sources also said that the last rites would be performed tomorrow at 10 am at the Mutt premises.
