St. Joseph’s Central School emerges Overall Champions at ATC Camp

 Mysuru: The NCC Cadets of St. Joseph’s Central School, Vijayanagar, Mysuru, emerged as the Overall Champions and won the ‘Championship Trophy’ at the Annual Training Camp (ATC) 2026 held at JNV Mysore under the 4 Kar Air Sqn NCC Mysuru recently. 

 The camp, conducted under the leadership of Camp Commandant Wing Commander Deepak Mohapathra, witnessed the participation of 495 Cadets in various training sessions, motivational lectures, yoga, firing practice, flying simulator training, cultural events and sports. 

The Cadets of St. Joseph’s Central School displayed remarkable discipline, teamwork and talent by securing prizes in several events. Cadet Vedashri won the Best Cadet JW (Junior Wing) award, while Cadet Dishen Daniel secured the Best Cadet JD (Junior Division) title.  

Cadet B.P. Preetham emerged winner in the Essay Writing competition. The St. Joseph’s Central School Cadets also excelled in Throwball, Tug-of-War, Group Song and Drill competitions.
