Stagnant sewage water causing nuisance in Dattagalli

Sewage water which is flowing from Ramakrishnanagar K-Block and passing through Lingambudhi Lake is getting stagnant (picture below) at a distance near the lake adjacent to 80ft. road, opposite Triangle Park in Dattagalli 3rd Stage J-Block. One of SOM readers, who has sent the pictures, said that the stagnant sewage water is emanating foul smell which has become unbearable to the residents besides adding that despite lodging complaints, no action has been taken till date. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drains cleared so that sewage water could flow freely.
