State Government transfers 23 Dy.SPs, 103 Inspectors

Mysore/Mysuru: The State Government has issued an order transferring 23 Dy.SPs and 103 Inspectors in the Police Department. The following are among those transferred:

Dy.SPs: Gajendra Prasad, who was serving as the Dy.SP of Madikeri, has been transferred as the ACP of the newly formed Vijayanagar Sub-Division in city. Puttaswamy Gowda of city’s Police Academy has been transferred to Bengaluru CCB; Mysuru CCB ACP C.K. Ashwathnarayan has been transferred as the ACP of N.R. Sub-Division; Srirangapatna Dy.SP Sandeshkumar has been transferred to Mysuru CCB; M. Jagadish, who was to be transferred to CID, has been transferred as Dy.SP of Madikeri and ACB Dy.SP B.R. Gopi has been transferred to Arasikere.

Inspectors: Mandya West Inspector G.N. Ramesh has been transferred to Mysuru’s Ashokapuram Police Station; ACB Inspector G. Purushotham to city’s CEN Police Station; NR Inspector Azaruddin to Chamarajanagar CESC Vigilance Squad, Nanjangud Town Inspector Lakshmikanth Talawar to NR Police Station; Saligrama Inspector R. Srikanth to Chamarajanagar East Police Station; Santhemarahalli Inspector B. Mahesh to T. Narasipur; H.D. Kote Inspector Basavaraj to Santhemarahalli Police Station; M.L. Shekar, who was to be transferred to the State Intelligence, has been transferred to Mysuru South Police Station; B.S. Shashikumar of Mysuru South Police Station to Hanur; Hanur Inspector Santosh Kashyap to Ramapura; M. Nanjundaswamy of Hanur Police Station to Mahadeshwara Hill; A. Joy Antony of State Intelligence to Mandya Circle; Kodagu’s CEN Police Station Inspector N.G. Krishnappa to Kollegal; K.S. Niranjan, who was to be transferred to ISD has been transferred to Nagamangala Circle; S. Gangadhar of city’s Police Training School (PTS) to Alur in Hassan district; Hassan Rural Inspector S. Arokiappa to Hassan PTS; Bengaluru SCRB Inspector Swaminath to Hassan Police Station and Bengaluru J.J. Nagar Inspector D.G. Manju has been transferred to Hassan Rural Police Station.
