The Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Mysuru, has invited entries for a State-level essay competition (Kannada and English) on the topic ‘Uses and Application of Technology in Disaster Management’ marking International Day of Disaster Reduction (Oct. 13).

The competition is open to those aged above 18 years. Participants can send their essays by e-mail to: ati.essaycompe [email protected] in word file format or they can also send the handwritten essays (hard copy) by post to the Director General, Administrative Training Institute, Lalitha Mahal Road, Mysuru – 570 011 before November 15 by 5 pm. Both Kannada and English essays will be awarded separate prizes — first prize – Rs. 10,000, second prize- Rs. 8,000 and third prize – Rs. 5,000.
