State-level meet of Nurses

Mysuru: The State-level meet of Karnataka State ESIS Nurses Association will be held in the city on July 16.

Announcing this at a pressmeet here yesterday, Association President N.S. Dinesh said that District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa would inaugurate the meet at 11.30 am on July 16. Labour Minister Santosh Lad will garland the portrait of Florence Nightingale marking her birth anniversary. A seminar on the topic ‘Current Challenges in the Nursing Profession’ will take place from 9 am to 11am, he said and added that more than 800 nurses from different parts of the State are expected to attend the meet.

Association office-bearers H. Susheelamma, Sanaulla, N. Harish Kumar were present at the press meet.
