Steam inhalation Vs Coronavirus

October 21, 2020

Coronavirus can come hiding from various known and unknown sources and the best shield to protect ourselves from the deadly virus apart from boosting immunity, wearing face masks, sanitising and following social distancing is “steam inhalation.”

In countries like Japan,  China and Taiwan the authorities have reportedly promoted steam inhalation in a big way and have largely been successful too. But in India, “steam inhalation” has not been projected as much as it should have been like other safety precautions.

Even from now onwards, our Government can channelise this safety measure among the public. If steaming is promoted on a large scale, we can surely overcome this pandemic faster.

It is cost-effective, easy to follow with no side-effects. Taking steam two or three times a day will chase the virus away. Hope the authorities concerned will throw more light on this.
