Stolen, lost mobile phones returned to owners

Mysuru: Devaraja Police have returned 37 mobile phones, which were either stolen or lost, to the respective owners yesterday.

Devaraja Police, who had registered cases about mobile phones being lost and stolen, assessed the information through Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal and succeeded in tracing these cell phones.

The Cops later handed over the cell phones to the owners after the latter produced                                  relevant documents.

Devaraja Inspector K.R. Raghu, Sub-Inspectors Jayakeerthi and Prabhu, Crime Division Staff Manjunath, Sunil, Madhukesh Mahesh and Shashikiran were present.
