Stop burning garbage, plastic at Lakshmikanthanagar

December 3, 2019

Garbage such as plastic, dry leaves and other wastes which are being dumped regularly beside Narayani Residency on the Ring Road near a big drain at Lakshmikanthanagar in Hebbal Industrial Area is being set of fire by civic workers despite residents informing them not to do so. This is forcing the residents to inhale toxic smoke emanating from the burning garbage and suffering from respiratory disorders. Residents have urged the authorities concerned to instruct the civic workers not to burn the garbage but clear them.
