Street play troupes

The Department of Information and Public Relation has invited applications from street play troupes to stage street plays in villages across Mysuru district, as part of the District Administration’s Rural Contact Programme. Each team should comprise 8 members with two women artists and at least one artist belonging to SC/ST community. Preference will be given to those teams having good knowledge of Government Schemes, Projects and Programmes. The prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Department office and the same must be returned before June 12. Three teams will be selected through an interview to be held at Vartha Bhavan on Dhanvantri Road on June 14 at 10 am, according to press release.
