Student goes missing from city

Mysore/Mysuru: A 17-year-old boy from Lingasur in Raichur district, who had come to city on Nov. 25, has gone missing since then.

The missing boy is Basavaraju, son of Basavanagowda. A student of BGS Baljagath at Chunchanakatte in K.R. Nagar taluk, Basavaraju, who had written his 2019-20 SSLC exams, had failed in Social Science subject. On Nov. 25 at about 3 pm he had come to city to remit the supplementary exam fee but has gone missing.

As Basavaraju’s father Basavanagowda came to know that he had not gone to the school after enquiring with the Head Master over phone on Nov. 26, Basavanagowda lodged a missing complaint at Sirwar Police Station on Dec. 1.
