Mysuru: University of Mysore and Negilayogi Vidyavardhaka Competitive Examination Training Centre (NVCETC) had organised an interaction between students of the Centre and Probationary Dy.SPs under the programme ‘Halligobba Collegigobba IAS/KAS Project’ at Vidyavardhaka First Grade College on Seshadri Iyer Road here recently.

About 100 students participated in the interaction with Probationary Dy.SPs Dr. Devaraj, M.J. Prithvi, M. Praveen, N. Chandankumar and Narasimha V. Tamadhwaja.

Inaugurating the programme Director of College Development Council and Chairman, University of Mysore Competition Centre. Dr. S. Sreekantaswamy said that all the participating Probationary Dy.SPs were from rural background thus sending a message that intelligence and talent were not the prerogatives of urbanites. He advised students to be confident and shun inhibition and  inferiority complex.

He contended that English, Mathematics and Science were not tough nuts to crack if studied with proper concentration under good guidance. He asked the students to have the five Probationary Dy.SPs as role models and emulate them.
