Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Commissioner has instructed the applicants of Ashraya Housing Scheme of the year 2000 to 2004 of Chamaraja Assembly Constituency to submit the relevant documents. The applicants who had paid the amount in the range of Rs. 5,100 to Rs.10,100 in 2000-2004, for the houses/ sites under Ashraya Scheme of MCC, had not been allotted either of the facility.

A total of 23 acres of land has been allotted at Survey No. 65 of Hanchya village, Kasaba hobli, for the Ashraya Housing Scheme of Chamaraja Constituency. Those who have already paid the amount and waiting for housing facilities should submit their documents, as decided in the Ashraya Housing Committee meeting held on Aug. 27, 2024, according to a press release
