Mysuru: Mysuru-based Sumaya Properties Pvt. Limited launched their new venture Sumaya Homelands being developed on 5.29 acre land near Delhi Public School on Bannur Road, here recently.

The project was inaugurated by Sudhi S. Shetty and Vishakha C. Hegde, Managing Directors of Sumaya Properties on Oct.3. Shivaswamy, a cotton merchant from H.D. Kote and Thimmayya, retired Joint Commissioner of Transport, also the owner of the land on which Sumaya Homelands is being developed, and Dr. Bhanu Prakash Sharma, Founder, Shashwathi Dharmika Kriya Samiti, were present.

On the occasion, Thimmayya spoke about the project and added that project was in the right hands and it was his pleasure to be a part of Sumaya Homelands project which aims to provide villas and plots to Mysureans at a competitive price with timely delivery. 

He also added that landlords would benefit greatly if they entered into joint venture with passionate developers like Sumaya Properties Pvt. Ltd.
