Susheela Bai Sethiya (70), wife of late Sohanlalji Sethiya and a resident of Mandi Mohalla, passed away this morning. She leaves behind her family and a host of relatives and friends.

An active social worker, Susheela served as the President of Chandan Bala Mahila Mandal. Her eyes were donated as per her wish. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this afternoon.

Napaneravanda Vasanthi Subbaiah (Cheruvalanda), a resident of JC Nagar, 2nd Cross, Mysuru passed away at a hospital in  Bengaluru last night. She was 58.

She leaves behind her husband, a son and a host of relatives and friends.

Cremation took place at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
