Susheela Rudrappa passes away

Mysuru: Susheela Rudrappa (78), wife of late Dr. Y.P. Rudrappa, former Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore and retired Director of Health & Family Welfare and Medical Education Department, Government of Karnataka, passed away here yesterday.

A resident of Ramakrishna-  nagar in city, she leaves behind her son Dr. Suresh Rudrappa (Sr. Vice-President of Indian Medical Association – Mysuru and Director of CGP, Karnataka), daughters Dr. Sudha Rudrappa (Head, Paediatric Department, Cheluvamba Hospital) and Dr. Suma Rudrappa (Gynaecologist), daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
