The Mysuru City BJP Mahila Morcha had organised Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Teachers Layout in MCC Ward No. 56 coming under Narasimharaja constituency. Saplings planting programme was also undertaken at a park which was launched by State BJP Backward Classes Secretary and Corporator B.M. Nataraj. BJP Mahila Morcha President Renuka Raj, Deputy Mayor Rathna Lakshman, constituency President Murali, Gen. Secretary Narasimhamurthy, SC Morcha President D. Mahesh Prasad, Manju, Shivanandarao, along with Pourakarmikas, participated in the programme.
