T. Muniswamy Naidu (77), retired officer of New India Assurance and a resident of Shivaji Road in N.R. Mohalla, passed away following brief illness in city yesterday.

He leaves behind one son, daughter-in-law, brother, sister and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held in city this afternoon, according to family sources.
